Campbell Associates SW (Scottsdale AZ) has be retained by E2CI (the exclusive technology company endorsed and approved by Congress and the U.S. Justice Department to be responsible for developing, activating and linking Amber Alert communications technology into and among ALL state governments, nationally)to solicit Corporate Sponsorships to help fund and accelerate the implementation and expansion of the Amber Alert System, nationwide.

What Is "Amber Alert?"

Amber Alert IS NOT a governmental program. It is a "coined phrase" that evolved (was titled / named) after a child (named Amber) who was abducted and murdered in TX in the 1990"s.

For nearly 15 years, individual states (encouraged and supported by the President, Congress, the U.S. Justice Deptartment and nearly every law enforcement agency) have made great efforts to institute and implement their own public "All Alert Communications Systems"... replacing the antequated Emergency Broadcast System... often "coined" in each state as "The Amber Alert System".

However, though each state has made significant progress in instituting their own child abduction alert systems (in cooperation with media and law enforcement agencies), each state"s program (technology) varies from one-state-to-another... none of them linked together beyond their own borders. Thus far, every state has meagerly funded their efforts with Federal grants, some private contributions and state budget funds.

A private, Nobel Prize winning information technology company, E2CI (based in Scottsdale AZ) trademarked the "coined term" Amber Alert (www.amberalert.com) and then developed a much more comprehensive communications system (endorsed by the Fed) for ALL states implement (convert to) that not only improves their alert program, but further, links their state to other states beyond their borders.

As a private corporation, E2CI"s technology IS "the official" National Amber Alert System technology... endorsed, approved (and encouraged) by Congress to be utilized by all governmental entities.

As quickly as can be accomplished, every state (nationally) intends to implement E2CI"s technology systems. That process has begun. Numerous states are now activie with E2CI"s systems (and more are steadily scheduled). Once accomplished nationwide, the Amber Alert System (network) will also be utilized by the Department of Homeland Security to communicate urgent information to the American public.

To help states fund this effort of "implementation and expansion of" their Amber Alert Systems *and related programs, E2CI (as a private corporation) has established a revenue generating mechanism. They are seeking Corporate Sponsors to contribute Amber Alert development funds (as a "cause marketing" venture) whereby companies can not only help save children"s lives, but also "privilege themselves" with many diverse marketing opportunities suited to their own corporate objectives (much like Olympic Sponsorships facilitate them, but for a more urgent cause... protecting our children from harm).
